GIPHY Picker with Quick Presets

Agents send GIFs directly from helpdesk and widget. Quick-tag presets (Hello, Bye, Thank you, Working on it, Fixed, Sorry) for one-click communication. Masonry two-column grid with search and trending.

Message Read Receipts

Every agent message shows Sent or Read beneath the timestamp — updated in real time via WebSocket. Agents know the moment a customer has seen their reply.

Full Telegram Media Passthrough

Photos, videos, audio, voice, documents, stickers, and animated GIFs now flow in both directions between Telegram and the Talki helpdesk. MIME-aware routing to the correct Telegram API method.

Close Ticket Modal

Resolving a ticket opens a modal where agents can write a farewell message, pick a GIF, or both. Farewell is sent before the status change — last thing the customer sees is a human sign-off.

Resolved Ticket UX

Widget shows a resolved banner when a ticket is closed. New messages from the customer open a fresh ticket instead of reopening the resolved one.
