Talki Assistant reads the entire conversation and delivers a structured summary in one click — issue, current status, and the exact next action. No more re-reading 30-message threads to get context. Agents jump in already knowing what matters.

Built-in DeepL Translator

Every customer message now has a one-click translate button. Agents can also translate their own reply before sending. Support 12+ languages out of the box — English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, Chinese, Japanese, and more. Language barrier removed.

Improved Agent Interface
