Telegram bridge
Native Telegram integration — not a plugin. Agents handle Telegram conversations directly inside Talki.
AI integration
Gemini answers customer messages automatically using a site-specific knowledge base. DeepL translation on every message, AI conversation summaries.
Infrastructure & billing
Stripe billing, usage metering, team management, onboarding flow, IP blocklist, admin panel.
Product Hunt launch
Public launch. First external users, public pricing, onboarding for early adopters.
Early user feedback loop
